Individual
Counseling

Therapy is a process, for some it can be short and for others longer. The time depends on motivation and growth. Individual counseling is about looking inside oneself to identify what you want to change for your life.

Counseling ranges from $85-125 per session depending on 30m/45m/60m.

Clinical
Supervision

Supervision is available for those seeking licensure as PLPC & PLMFT. Supervision will be done via telehealth. Louisiana rules states that 1 supervision hour should be completed every 20 direct client hours of the provisional licensed individual.

I am a dually licensed supervisor and can support you acquiring hours for your PLPC and PLMFT at the same time. Session rates are $40 per hour.

Couples or Marriage Therapy

Family Therapy

Sometimes when there is more than one person involved communication develops errors. Therapy is about learning what the problems are, including the ones that are hidden or a secret, and finding a path together to determine the outcome desired.

Counseling are $140 per session.

Substance Abuse Assessments

These are often a requirement of the court due to arrest or tickets involving substances. These normally take about an hour to complete, and a letter of completion and recommendations is sent to court. A release of information is Required to be able to send the information to the court.

Assessment, documentation, & legal letter is $120.
